While working on a photographic work and upon completion, students will post their images and wait for comments from their fellow peers, teacher, and other registered users. This blog will also be used as a venue to discuss historical and contemporary works by artists from around the world.

Billboard Design Two

When you look at this billboard design, what are your immediate thoughts? What are the strengths of this billboard design? What are the weaknesses?
Deep down inside I want to say that this is a good billboard, but I can't. This particular one seems like it was just thrown together, placing pictures in different areas to try and make it stand out. The phrase is simple but a little confusing. I guess the only thing I can say is great job on atempting to make an outstanding billboard and getting people to take part in the art of photography.
i really like the concept of it but i agree it looks very thrown together. also the phrase on it doesn't really make sense to me. maybe i'm just really stupid but i had to think about it for a second, and i don't think it would make much sense to a non-photo student. so yeah it didn't really catch my eye but if you guys just made the photoshopping a little better it would be realllyy good!
I honestly don't like this at all. Seeing as this is photography it should have at least some sort of aestheic values, but it really has none. It looks like harldy any effort was put into it and doesn't make me want to try photography. If more effort had been put into it, however, I'm sure it could have been a lot better.
it seems like there are a lot of random things going on in this billboard. my immediate thoughts were that i was kind of confused, like im not quite sure what the message is. some strengths are the individual images. some of the weeknesses are that you cant quite comprehend what is trying to be said.
I think that if more time was put into this project it would look creative and inspire some people to take photography. I think the strength of this billboard is the slogan. The weakness is the overall appearance of the billboard because the photos are just placed randomly with no flow.
i like the individual images. to me, it looks like everything was slapped together in 5 seconds. the slogan is strong but i think with a little more work, this billboard could have been stronger.
this billboard was pretty good, i like the catch phrase, i think its really catchy, the things i dont like are that its kinda plain and the catch phrase says, so many subjects but yet there is only like 4 pictures on there, overall job was good though

I don't fully understand this billboard. It's very all over the place really. The composition doesn't seem to be very good considering there really isn't a connection between the phrase and the images.
i love nobert, but this groups buildboard seems like its, lacking. It seems like it was done last minute to get it done by the due date. The pictures themselves are nice, but the composition of them and the format are not at their best work. i dont understand why the camera is wavey, and why they arent blended that well.. but the phrase is good, i like it!
