Student Portrait Assignment, Preliminary Critique One

What are your thoughts when you look at this image. What emotions does this image evoke?

when i first look at this, i feel alone, or lost.. Taylor looks like shes lost in thought, or really concentrated on something thats going on in her life.
My first thoughts are that the mood of this image is kind of negative. The subject looks like she could be lost; like she doesn't really know where to go from there. Not literally lost as in location, but with her thoughts and where to go in life. I really like this portrait overall, the composition really sets up the desired effect. =)
well it seems like she's waiting for someone but they might not be joining her on the bench. It also looks like she's watching someone do something thats making her sad. emotions evoked: sadness. desperation...?
She looks like she is waiting for someone to arrive.She seems lonely and she is portraing that emotion very well.It is a sad picture but looks very beautiful.
It seems as though something "bad" may have happened. The composition is successful in relaying that; however, I think the overall print quality could be better.
When I first look at this picture, it seems like she's lost in thought. Or something drastic happened to her and she's reflecting. I see a lot of gray in the picture.
She looks like she just needed some alone time to think about things and revisit a place she remembers from her childhood such as a park. I like this photo.
Well my thoughts are that the person who took and developed this image is so awesome! I lOVE YOU ADRIENNE! The person in the photo obviously looks and feels depressed about something. It makes me feel the same emotions when I look at it also. Makes me feel unwanted and lonely, and disgustingly sad! But then I just think about adrienne making this photo and I feel happy again.

i love the composition of this photo. she looks depressed or annoyed and she looks like she just needed to get out and be by herself.
i really like this image. you can really see the emotion in her face and the setting goes with it.
