Student Portrait Assignment, Preliminary Critique Three

What are your thoughts when you look at this image? What emotions does this photograph evoke?

This makes me think like the girl is walking into her future. Although I've never seen this language hall before, she has a backpack on, making me believe she's going to "school."
aww i like this one alot because it reminds me of the first day of school for a little kid. except in this situation its a grown girl all alone. Maybe of someone trying to learn a new language to fit into her society. or maybe just something she's majoring in college. College = first day of school all over again? emotions evoked: lonliness. nervous-ness. a new beginning
I like this one. The color looks great. She is about to go to school I am guessing. It doesn't really shows any feelings, it just shows you that the person is entering a school.
It just seems like a documentary image in which the photographer was just snapping photos of what was occuring through the course of the day. The composition leads me to believe this.
This makes me think that it is the first day of school and she is just walking into her new school and expecting great things. Her emotions may be scared, excited, upset that she had to wake up so early :[ .
Another depressing feeling from this phtoto like all the other ones iv seen so far. Looks like a girl going to school like any other day, and it's like the same ole same ole to her. Nothing really catches my eye in this photograph. Great quality though. Best so far!
Her body language makes her look hesitant to go in. Maybe she's excited, or anxious, or nervous. Maybe she is feeling all three emotions. It makes me think about my future, and how those are my emotions towards college.

I think about a well prepared student on her way to class... or some sort of extra help place. emotions would be eagerness and and the yearn to learn.

She's preparing to go to a language class. She's probably going to her first class of the day. She's most likely a college student.

The gilr seems to be going some where new and knowing that she is going to be acomplishing something that will help her later in life.
i love this photo. It reminds me of my first day of school. It just shows that shes about to start something new.
this image reminds of like a movie poster. it looks as if the girl is going on a big adventure because she has a back pack on.
