This online blog has been created to enhance the communication between students during the artmaking process. While working on a photographic work and upon completion, students will post their images and wait for comments from their fellow peers, teacher, and other registered users. This blog will also be used as a venue to discuss historical and contemporary works by artists from around the world.

First of all i am guessing what you meant to type was "what people frequently USE these spaces", so i will just go with that. The kind of people that use these places are students and teachers. Students learn, and teachers teach. These images make me feel jealous. I can somehow tell that this school or schools are in places that have warm climates, that makes me jealous.

well the first image really reminds me of kindergarden which i miss but these places show obviously that people learn in these rooms and tech.
Each space is an area where children go. The first space is a classroon for a young student, maybe kindergarten or first grade. This is evident from the alphabet above the chalkboard. Children is higher grades should already know their ABCs. The next space looks like a hallway in a middle school or high school. Typically schools of lower grades do not have lockers. The last space appears to be a juvenile penitentiary. Each space is empty and desolate, but not in a depressing way. The atmosphere of these spaces are a result of children growing up and moving on. Eventually kids leave kindergarten and go on to high school then graduate. Kids who have ended up in a correctional facility will either get out or move to a facility for adults. This theme of moving on forces me to think about my own past and how I've gotten to where I am today.
This series seems to be the education process, and growth. The first is elementary age with littile kids going to school. These kids are learning the basics. It reminds me of having fun. Elements that make me feel this way are just the colors and teachers that made a good atmosphere for me. The image with the lockers reminds me of middle school/high school. The image doesnt really seem to do justice though, the lockers are perfect and not worn in giving it no character or personality. People who walk the hallways are teachers and students. The lockers remind me of coming to school and the repetativeness of going to school everyday.
Well in this first one, my computer won't let me see the image sadly. :(
But the second image represents a typical high school personality because that's usually when kids start using the big lockers and the door has no entrance, just an exit. Everyone's always so eager to get out of school than to get in and start it. The main thing that evoked these emotions was the lockers and the exit door.
The third image inhabits a rebellious and furious type of personality because of the Jewish and Natzi related signs and wording. The people probably are juvenille kids or perhaps angry jailmen. Maybe even some of the hostages kept during the bad times of that war. The visual elements that evoke these feelings is mainly the big star and the side window that looks like imprisonment.
These images show reminants of someone being there. They are frequently used, but are used for learning experiences. Both the hallway and classroom are learning spaces for education. and the prison cell is learning from mistakes. These images make me feel like somethings missing out of each of them. i dont know. these are weird pictures to me.

Elementary students would frequent the first picture, high school students the second, and prisoners the third. The first picture makes me think of my elementary school days, the second one makes me think of Streamwood High School, and the third makes me wonder who had been held in that cell and what they had done to get there.
Well the fisrt image definately is like an elemantary classroom. The image makes me remember my childhood and my elementary years.
The second image reminds me of high school. The large orange lockers definately remind me of my everyday life at school. The third image makes me think of jail how theres a bars and writing on the walls.
