How is this print different from other black and white works you have seen? How do think this image was created? What does this image represent to you?
This online blog has been created to enhance the communication between students during the artmaking process. While working on a photographic work and upon completion, students will post their images and wait for comments from their fellow peers, teacher, and other registered users. This blog will also be used as a venue to discuss historical and contemporary works by artists from around the world.

This print looks to have some color in it. it doesn't look like a black and white print to me. I think this image was created by a non-digital camera that had poor developing sipplies to work with. This image represents closeness to me. Like an outing with a friend.

I think this one was a digital shot, that was photoshopped to have a lot of contrast. its kind of neat. It represents creativeness to me. It shows the artist had a lot brewing in his head when he took this. He didnt necissarily think about the original picture, but the final product. I like it.

The black and white photographs I've seen have been more evenly contrasted, not just blocks of black and white. I think it was taken with a non-digital camera, and it represents seclusion, because the two women are alone.
