I chose the fifth image from the top. This image spoke to me the most. The young girl’s face seems so intense to me. To me, this image is a mood changer. I feel that for every different person that looks at this image, there is a different feeling. Some may laugh in nervousness because of how seriously intimidating the image is. Others may feel deeply concerned about the girl it portrays. I, on the other hand, would like to know what the artist had in mind when capturing the emotionless faces of these young girls. The first thing I notice is the way the girl is standing. It takes a while for me to decide that she is not in motion. The wind gives the slight effect that it is a stop action image, but I do not think it is. The second thing I notice is the girl’s face. I cannot help but wonder what she is thinking. Lastly, I look at the surroundings and take a guess at where the image took place. Overall, it is a respectable piece of work.

I also chose the fifth image from the top. It is a very striking image because it reaches out to the viewer and makes them feel sympathetic and scared for the girls in the picture. I am not a fan of this particular type of photography, so this series does nothing for me. This artist is very odd, and I don't really understand the message portrayed in this series of images.
